    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

    All terms regarding booking terms and conditions will be outlined in writing during the initial application process before any bookings are applied for.
  • How long is a typical Branthem?

  • Do you have a covid safe plan?
    Yes, all our events are done with a covid safe plan which is outlined during your planning phase to ensure the health and safety of all participants.
  • Can I combine my Brand Jam together with a fundraiser or charity?
    Yes, we love social causes and are able to donate a portion of your team-building fee to a charity of your choice or even integrate a Brand Jam into your fundraising event. Ask our team when you enquire.
  • Which locations do you service?
    Currently, we are holding live brand jams in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, however, if you are based in another Australian city, or overseas, please enquire with our team and we will let you know if it is possible.
  • What can I expect to experience at a Brand Jam?
    A typical Brand Jam runs as follows. Depending on the event option that you choose some elements might vary. Please feel free to read through our Jam options, themes and FAQs contained in this brief to learn more, or book a call with one of our team to discuss your team-engagement goals. Before the Jam: Once you have booked a jam option and a theme, we send you a short online questionnaire to share with your team to help us get to know you all a little better. This might include questions like: What role do you play in the organisation, what are the first three words you think of about the theme, or do you have a hidden musical talent? We also send you an info pack for your team with everything they need to know, and bring - including instruments! At the Jam: The group is taken through an engaging icebreaker to set the tone and get everyone talking, laughing, mingling and in a receptive mood. Everyone is now energised and ready to grab their instruments, and voices and start jamming! Depending on the type of jam booked, the group may learn a ready-made original song composed by our songwriting team, or compose an original song from scratch with the help of our team on the day. The song reflects a pre-nominated theme chosen by you upon booking your event and we encourage all participants to bring their own instruments and/or voices on the day to make this as engaging and energised as possible. The group then perform their song together. After the Jam: One of our team is in touch with you to check in. It's at this time that you can provide your feedback on the event, and explore options to work further with us or one of our Brand Jam partners.
  • Do I have to play an instrument or sing?
    There are many ways to contribute to your team’s results. Playing an instrument or singing is one of them, but not everyone gravitates towards a microphone, guitar or piano. Some are better with rhythm and this can be done through clapping, or drumming on a bongo. Others may be better with words and will contribute to lyrics. The goal is to create together, honing in on the strengths of the team to provide a successful result.
  • How much does Brand Jam cost?
